Privacy statement of the Schools on the Move Client Register
This is the privacy notice for LIKES – Foundation for Physical Activity and Public Health LIKES sr. Data processing is based on the General Data Protection Regulation of EU 2016/679. This privacy statement illustrates the basics of the personal data processing and the rights of registered persons as is required by the General Data Protection Regulations.

4. Legal basis for the Processing
The applicable legal basis for the processing of Personal Information depends on the circumstances relating to the relevant processing activities. The lawful bases for processing:
– consent;
– Performance of a contract. If the processing of Personal Information is necessary for the performance of a contract, such as for providing certain services, to which the data subject is party, GDPR art. 6(1)(b) serves as the legal basis for processing operations.
We use personal information for the purposes of providing services and events, including for example webinars, customer service, confirmations, invoices and other communications. We also use personal data in order to make direct marketing.
5. Contents of the Register
The client register includes personal data of persons who have attended Schools on the Move events, given their contact information on the Schools on the Move website for contacting them, purchased Schools on the Move products or given the permission to save their personal data in the register.
The register can include the following personal data: name, title, company, country, address, phone number and e-mail address. In some cases, we may collect your credit card information (e.g., your credit card number and expiration date, billing address, etc.), some of which may constitute Personal Data, to secure certain payments.

We collect your personal data from yourself.
7. Disclosure and Transfer of Data
As a rule, we do not disclose your information outside the Foundation. An exception to this rule is the disclosure of your information, in a necessary extent, to the partners acting to our account (i.e. partners offering services as part of the concept) to fulfil our services.
We will share the strictly necessary parts of your personal data, on a need-to-know basis with the following categories of third parties:
– Payment processors that process payment of registrations you buy for our events. These platforms act as controllers with regard to your data, collect most data directly from you, and such personal data processing is subject to the third party’s own privacy policy.
– Companies that provide products and services to us (processors), such as: Third parties involved in organizing our events and partners offering their services and products as part of the Schools on the Move Concept.
The data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
8. Data Storage and Principles of the Register Protection
We store your personal data for the time period specified by the basis on compilation. The time period, concerning different pieces of data, is determined by the legislation, official guidelines and contracts. We erase the data when there is no more legitimate grounds for the processing.
We comply with the legislation and official guidelines, and good practice on information management and data security. Personal data can be processed only by persons that have been entitled to do so in the capacity of their tasks. Personnel processing Personal Information are obliged to keep such information strictly confidential.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to know if we process your personal data. You have the right to check what information about you has been recorded. If there are errors in your information, you can ask them to be rectified. You have the right to ask your information to be erased (‘right to be forgotten’) unless the processing or storage of the data is based on contractual relationship or other legitimate interest. You have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning direct marketing.
